Al, I just can not believe you would ask the fine folks of Virginia to make scientific decisions on the use of sludge
based on a letter to the editor from Sarah Werning, who's main claim to fame is that she studies the sexual habits of
immature dinosaurs

When the opinion piece Biosolids Trace Constituents: The Latest Hype, was brought to our attention, it was hard to
believe that a retired EPA agent, Alan Rubin actually wrote it. However, we verified he did and feel his opinion will
give you an inside look at the EPA philosophy that is killing our children and putting everyone's health at risk with
contaminated air, food and water.  There have been EPA employees with opposing views and we have provided a
response to Rubin's opinion.
